This is not my first time to deal with this company but last two months I faced some issues
First I deal with the Amber and she gave me primers to work with genomes with out reference or catalogue number I said for her hundred time it should have catalogue or reference number she said this useless and this not no her fault and she can not give me a compensation for that and can’t return that . Any science products should have a catalogue or reference number and I gave her an example for that .
Second problem I asked Amber to give me CD markers 24,44 that work with human MCF7 and HEPG2 cell line in flowcytometry device. Also , I asked her to take the advice for her tech and she said this CD going to work with flowcytometry device. When I got the CD markers with no labels and I replied to Amber how this going to work without labels she said the tech said I should pay secondary antibodies to be labeled and flow can read . I told her why you did not mention that before I bought she said t
